The Challenge

Transcrate HR team had to perform hours of manual entries for day-to-day administration. Without a comprehensive, centralized payroll and HR solution, the organization could not easily monitor or analyze workforce components mainly like labor shifts vs. hours worked vs. salary. Moreover it was even difficult to process ministry procedures like filling out ministry forms and keeping track of employee documents mainly visa expiry & renewals.

Simplified payroll processing with creation of bank file from the system directly to process the salary transfer from the bank easily.

Leave & Indemnity

Easy to track employee Leaves and Indemnity as per ‘Kuwaiti Labor Law’. System automatically performs the accruals of leave and indemnity based on employee grades and levels. Leave types can be defined and assigned to staff individually or group based on the company policy.

Ministry Forms

Innova is equipped with strong documents and forms processing module that helps user to print ministry forms and track the related document expiry and renewals time to time.
