Noor Capital Markets (NCM)- Kuwait is a service provider of Amwal International Investment Company KSCC, one of the most respected Investment and financial companies in the region. Amwal specializes in private equity, financial services and development projects in MENA region, headquartered in Kuwait City. Amwal is a public listed company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange and is licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait.
To expedite client services, the firm sought out document management technology to automate its new account opening process. With paper applications, onboarding new clients meant the firm had to prepare stacks of paper forms and individually mail them between staffs and departments — a process that took 3-7 days and often delayed important client transactions.
After a demonstration of Laserfiche software, NCM decided that Laserfiche’s configurable workflow tools could easily address their operational needs.

NoorCM requirements were pretty much clear. During our initial presentation and demonstrations they were convinced that Laserfiche will definitely meet their requirements when it comes to scanning, indexing, archiving, search and workflow automation. The only challenge was to do integration with their CRM system. However, GBS was successful to map their requirements which can help them to integrate Laserfiche easily without going into any further complicated developments.

In our initial meeting with NoorCM management, we identified their core pain areas. We worked very closely with NoorCM to understand their business processes and challenges. After investing our quality time we prepared a LIVE presentation of Laserfiche software highlighting their pain areas and their core business challenges. NoorCM were happy to see things happening with Laserfiche.
